General Conditions

BrazzCare® sells it’s product via it’s online shop http://shop.BrazzCare.com, however, e-commerce services are available to re-sellers, retailer, distributors, beauty professionals, salons, spas and individual clients.

 

Context

The Terms and Conditions regulate the supply of any and all products that are bought by the user from the BrazzCare® online shop.

By using our online shop, the user agrees to all the Terms and Conditions.n If you do not agree with any part of our Terms and Conditions, you should not use our Online shop. Please contact us via alternative channels.

 

Orders

By proceeding to order via our online shop, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old. On completion of an order, BrazzCare® will send a confirmation of your order by email. This Email does not, however, constitute an acceptance,  the sale is only formally accepted upon proof of payment. BrazzCare® reserves the right to cancel, reject an order that it considers disadvantageous to the objectives of the brand or company.

 An order can be cancelled at anytime without additional costs, as long as the invoice hasn’t been processed and the sent to the shipping company. If the order has already left our warehouse, you may reject its delivery via the shipping company or by getting in touch with us directly, any costs associate with the rejected shipment will be charged to the client.

 Availability of any products listed on the website are subject to change and may vary up until the approval and confirmation of the order. The adding of a product to your ‘basket’ does not guarantee or reserve the items. Items are only allocated when payment has been processed and verified.

 BrazzCare® will do everything within its power to offer every and all products listed on your order confirmation. There are, however, times when due to unforeseen circumstances we may not be able to supply the products selected. Should this happen,  we will contact the client to inform them and suggest alternative solutions.

 

Delivery

BrazzCare® will send the package to the address supplied by the client, during the check out process. To guarantee safe shipment of your order, the shipping company will require a signature to confirm delivery. Should no one be present at the address to receive the delivery, the agent will do one of the following:

  • Try to deliver once more the following day.
  • Will attempt to leave it with a neighbour.
  • Deliver it to a local post office
  • Or arrange for a pick up from a local distribution centre

Should your delivery be unsuccessful for any reason, such as an incorrect address, delivery information, rejection of delivery, etc. this will be returned to source. A refund for the costs of the product can only be made once the product has been received and the condition of the product has been verified as undamaged.

Any costs associated with the deliver/transportation of the order shall be charged to the client and cannot be refunded.

 

Alterations to the Terms and Conditions

 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this. Terms of Use Agreement each time you view and use the Website. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The text, images, logo, code, font and any other content included within this website are the property of BrazzCare®. We forbid any and all sharing, reproduction, storing, total or partial, of the content for commercial use, unless express permission is granted by the owners. Private individuals and users may reproduce or share the content for personal, non-comercial use.

 

Availability of Products

The fulfilment of any orders made on the website are subject to the availability of item in stock. All orders are only confirmed and processed following receipt of payment.

Should any part of the order be unavailable, we will contact the client directly to suggest alternatives solutions.

 BrazzCare® will accept the replacement of any products within a period of no more than 14 days following delivery. This is subject to verification that the products remain unused, are in their original packaging, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
